ORDER

Complainant not present. The advocate for opposite party submitted that already a cheque for Rs. 44,696/- had been given in favour of Smt. Regina the LR of the deceased Raju and the LIC has settled the claim. Therefore, there remains nothing to be decided. In view of giving of cheque by the LIC the matter requires to be closed. In the result the complaint is closed since, the due amount as per the policy has been paid to the LR of the deceased complainant. MEMBER MEMBER PRESIDENT order dated on 23/06/2010
