Application Allowed And Matter  Is Taken On Today’s Board .Complainant No.1 For Herself And  On Behalf Of  Applicant No.2  And  3 Being A Mother And OP  Jointly Filed  Compromise Pursis ,The OP Also Filed Xerox Copy Of  Cheque.AS Per Pursis  That Matter Is  Compromised Between Parties As Full  And Final Settlement Paid Rs.2,10,000/- To Complainant  Vide Cheque Bearing No 56349.Hence The Complainant Do Not Want To Proceed The Matter Further The Said   Pursis Signed  By OP And His Adv And Also Signed By Complainants Adv,And Signed Complainant No.1 For Herself  And For  Complainant No’s 2 And 3 Being Their Mother. Order Passed At Ex.1. In View Of Compromised Between  The Parties Towards Full And Final Settlement Of Claim By Paying A (Two Lac Ten Thousand) Of Rs.2,10,000/- Vide Cheque Bearing No.56349 Dt 27/7/2020, The Case Is Disposed Off .
