ORDER:

                   The file has been taken up today on the application.

                      Sh.Satpal Singh Advocate for the OP has made a statement to the effect  that  Policy of the complainant has been renewed. Thereafter the complainant Sh.Dinesh Kumar Thakur has also made a statement whereby he has withdrawn the present complaint. Therefore, in view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
