This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 31-3-2015 in the presence of Sri V.Shivashankar Babu and T. Rajkumar, Advocates for complainant and Sri P.Ashok, Advocate for opposite party, and on perusing the material papers on record and having stood over for consideration this day, the Forum passed the following.

O R D E R

I.A.76/2015 is allowed. C.C. is advanced today. Complainant filed memo not pressing the C.C. as the matter is settled outside the Forum. Counsel for complainant represented the same. Hence C.C. is dismissed as not pressed.
