This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today.<br /> This complaint is dismissed with a liberty to the complainant to egitate the matter incontravercy before the competent civil court. Having jurisdiction to adjudicate upon the matter incontravercy with a liberty to the complainant to seek the condonation of delay regarding the period spent before this Forum for prosecution of this complaint with a further observation that the competent civil court may sympatherically consider the prayer of condonation of delay in presenting the civil suit by the complainant before the said court.<br /> Having regard to the facts of this case both sides parties shall bear their own costs.<br /> Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by R.P.A.D. immediately.
