Present:      Complainant –DH husband in person.

              Shri RP Antil Adv. for respondent-JD.

             

              Today the case is fixed for consideration.

              The complainant-DH has filed her calculation on 10.1.2017. Similarly, ld. Counsel for the respondent-JD has filed the calculation on 6.6.2017.

              We have perused both the calculation filed by the complainant-DH and respondent-JD very carefully.

              As per respondent-JD, Rs. 57000/- has been paid to the complainant-DH. The complainant-DH has filed the wrong calculation. In our view, the calculation filed by the complainant-DH is as per the order passed by this Forum. The respondent-JD has made the compliance of the orders passed by this Forum and no further action is required to be taken in the present execution petition. Thus, we hereby dismiss the present execution petition.

     File be consigned after due compliance.
