Present:       Sh.R.S. Dhanda Advocate, the complainant in person.

                   Sh.N.K.Zal Advocate for the Opposite Parties.

ORDER:

 

                   The Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties made statement that as per policy condition the total claim amount become due was Rs.41000/- out of which Rs.5000/- was already paid to the complainant. Now opposite parties are ready to make payment of the balance amount of Rs.36,000/-  to the complainant  within a period of 15 days.  Thereafter, complainant made statement for withdrawal of the complaint by submitting that having regard to the statement of the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint. Statements of both the parties have been reduced into writing.

2.                In view of that the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, both the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
