ORDER

1.       This revision petition has been filed under Section 21(b) of the Act 1986 in challenge to the Order dated 21.01.2014 of the State Commission in appeal no.  1317 of 2012 arising out of the Order dated 08.05.2012 of the District Commission in complaint no. 10 of 2010.

2.       The learned counsel for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the petitioners wish to withdraw the instant revision petition.  The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection.    

3.       The instant revision petition no. 1971 of 2014 is dismissed as withdrawn without the option to file it again before this Commission.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel immediately. The stenographer is also requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
