Complainant absent since last 3-4 dates.  Adv. Ther present for executant and inform to the forum that Respondent/Accused has deposited decretal amount in the bank account of complainant and complainant has not approached to Advocate.  In this circumstances & perusal of order sheet the complainant/executant remain absent since 10/10/2019 and not disclosing the true fact.  Hence on the last hearing of the date present execution is posted for dismissal of the execution application.  Today also the complainant remain absent.  Hence the present execution application is dismissed for Non-Prosecution and file is according to disposed off and transfer to the record room as per law.
