Statement of Sh.K.C.Malhotra, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant's/DH's recorded that the Opposite Parties/JDs have deposited a Demand Draft bearing No.024649 dated 24.12.2018 for Rs.85,048/- in favour of President District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum. The payment of Rs.85,048/- deposited is short and same be released as part payment. The remaining amount as per the impugned order dated 24.07.2018 affirmed by Hon'ble State Commission be directed to be paid for comply with the order. Accordingly, the present execution be dismissed as withdrawn, subject to remaining payment.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the DH's, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being partly satisfied. So accordingly, the aforesaid amount of Rs.85,048/- deposited by the JD's be reimbursed to the DH's by preparing a Cheque against proper receipt. File be consigned to the record room.
