No step is taken by the complainant who is found absent on repeated call.                              

Step is taken on behalf of the O.P. through advocate.

It appears from the record that the complainant for consecutive days remained absent without any step and even did not take the copy of written version filed by the O.P.

The complainant is not interested to proceed with the case.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the case is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Both parties be supplied copy of this Order free of cost.
