Reply to application under Section 69 of C.P. Act, 2019 filed. Copy supplied to other side but counsel appearing on behalf of complainant tendered a statement before the Commission that there is some technical defect in the complaint and thus, he wants to withdraw the same with permission to file afresh before the appropriate Forum after rectifying the defect in the complaint and requested for filing the present complaint.

                   Heard. In view of the statement so tendered by counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, the permission to file the same before appropriate Forum after rectifying the defects in the complaint is granted. Copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of costs. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
