Complainant is present through Ld. Lawyer and files a petition for withdrawal of case stating that the complainant has received full claim amount with interest from the LIC being OPs in this case.

Perused the withdrawal petition and case record, we find that OP also filed a petition on earlier occasion that full payment is made by the LIC to the complainant and pray for withdrawal of the case.

We also find that the amount is debited in the bank account of the complainant through NEFT bearing No ICMS 2102170031TI dated 18.02.2021.

We think that there is no point to proceed with the case.

Hence,

ordered

That the instant case be and the same is disposed off underfull and final satisfaction being compromised in between parties.
