Ld.adv of the complainant is present. Admission matter is heard .

But considering complaint it is found that all allegations against op after service of notice u/s (2) of SAFAESI Act so it is found that complainants greivance is covered by that Act and as per permission of Sec-34 and 35 of SARFAESI Act this Forum has no jurisdiction to entertain such a dispute in respect of which there is seperate Tribunal . So complaint is rejected.
