File taken up today on the application moved by the learned counsel for the complainant. This case is fixed for 22.06.2021 for filing rejoinder by the complainant, but the learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that  the complainant has died and a fresh death claim has been lodged with the OP-LIC of India and the same is under consideration and as such, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty may kindly be given to file a fresh complaint in case of any dispute with regard to the settlement of death claim.

In view of the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint in case of any dispute with regard to the settlement of the death claim. File be consigned to the record room.
