Smt.Ambika Rai, complainant appeared in person and made separate following statement today before this District Commission. 

“Stated that I have  amicably settled the dispute with the opposite Parties and hence I do not want to proceed further with this complaint and the present complaint may please be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.”

In view of the aforesaid statement of the Complainant recorded today separately before this District Commission, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn  being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs  and thereafter, the file be consigned to record room.
