          Ranjit Kaur Vs Life Insurance Corporation of India (EA/38/10/02/2015)

Present:       Sh.R.S.Ratol, proxy counsel for applicant.

                   Sh. Sanjeev Jain, A.A.O. Life Insurance Corporation of India,

                   Divisional Office, Ludhiana. 

 

                    Sh. Sanjeev Jain, A.A.O. Life Insurance Corporation of India has come present and has suffered a statement that they have complied with the orders of this Hon’ble Forum. They have sent a cheque no.340962 dated 18.03.2015 for Rs.18,05,000/- drawn on Corporation Bank, Moga Road, Jagraon to decree holder. Now the order is fully complied with. Even they have deposited Rs.25,000/- in the shape of FDR at the time of filing appeal against the order of this Forum. They have not deducted Rs.25,000/- from the amount of award. The JD is entitled to encash the said FDR of Rs.25,000/-. The execution may kindly be dismissed as fully satisfied.

                   In view of statement suffered by Sh.Sanjeev Jain, A.A.O, Life Insurance Corporation of India, the present execution application stands disposed of. However applicant/decree holder is at liberty to file fresh execution application, if there is any difference of amount is found in the amount sent by the respondents to the applicant/decree holder. File be consigned to record room.
