This complaint is coming up before us for hearing on 9-10-2014, in the presence of Sri G.Ramulu and G. Laxma Reddy, Advocates for complainant and Sri J.Sriramulu, Advocate for opposite party, and on perusing the material papers on record, and having stood over for consideration till this day, the Forum passed the following:
::ORDER::
The counsel for the complainant filed a memo expressing that the matter has been settled with opposite party for an amount of Rs.2,50,000/- towards accident benefit and the same was deposited through cheque no.19911, dt.27-9-2014 in favour of President, District Consumer Forum, Karimnagar.
Hence the matter stands closed.
Written and corrected by me, after correction the orders pronounced by us in the open court this the 9th day of October, 2014.
