                   Today, the case is fixed for filing reply alongwith vakalatnama on behalf of opposite party. At this stage, complainant recorded his statement separately that the matter has been settled with the opposite party and he has received cheque bearing No. 344055 dated 09.02.2019 amounting to Rs. 2500/- and Rs.500/- in cash from the opposite party, so, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. His statement recorded separately in this regard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
