Complainant Mithu Roy is present and files a petition with a prayer to permit her to withdraw the case.

The complainant before this Commission has stated categorically, that she is not willing to proceedings with the case furthermore and the put her signature in the application without having any influence from any corner. Signature of the complainant identified by Ld. Advocate for the complainant.

The identification of the complainant has been submitted through her Aadhaar Card being No. 2168 2360 8463.

Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant. Considered. When complainant is not willing to proceed with the case then this Commission has not predicament to allow her to withdraw the case.

Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 24/2023 be and the same is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
