Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainants.

OPs are found ready by filing Hazira.  When this matter is taken up for consideration at 12.10 p.m and thereafter at 1.05 p.m., the complainants are found absent and they have not taken any steps.  No show cause has been filed by the complainants.  All these conducts of the complainants are going to show that complainants are not interested to proceed with this case.

So this complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non-compliance of the order of this District Commission.

No order is passed as to cost.
