Complainant Smti Kamini Kalita is present. The op.party is present through their  learned counsel , Shri Ghanashyam Jalan. The complainant have filed a petition for withdrawal of the complaint on the basis of compromise and settlement arised outside  the commission. It is submitted that sum assured for policy No. 484412855 has been transferred in the bank account of Smti Kamini Kalita account No. 31067009289 on 16.9.2022 having IFSC Code No. SBIN0007202.  Again it is submitted further that another policy No. 486520122 in respect of which  payment has been made on 26.9.2022 in the same bank account No. mentioned above vide NEFT transferred towards the death claim as full and final settlement.

         We have personally heard  Smti Kamini Kalita to said that she has no grievances against the op.party as mentioned  in her petition No. 1071 dtd. 27.9.22. The complainant do not want to proceed with the present proceeding for the reason of amicable settlement between the parties outside the court on receiving  the amount payable  to her. Hence the complainant wants to withdraw  the case and accordingly the case is dismissed on withdrawn.
