Both the parties are present before this Lok Adalat dated 14/05/2022.

 The matter has been amicably settled by and between the parties. The complainant has settled the matter with OP LICI, Suri Branch.

 The OP LICI, Suri Branch has already been transferred the claim amount of Rs. 2, 00000/ (Two Lacks) to the Bank account of PNB, Suri Branch (previously UBI Bank, Suri Branch) of the complainant.

Hence, the matter is disposed of on full satisfaction.
