Sh.J.K.Singh,Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.1 got recorded his statement that he has brought a cheque bearing No.391771 dt.2.3.2015 for Rs.159700/- to be handed over to the counsel for the complainant. This amount is for double accident benefit under the policy and unpaid premiums have been deducted from the amount of Rs.175000/- sum assured. The sum assured will be paid on maturity of the policy. In view of the above statement, Sh.Vikram Puri,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that he has received a cheque bearing No.391771 dt.2.3.2015 for Rs.159700/- from the counsel for the opposite party on behalf of the complainant and withdrew the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
