Sh. M.S. Parmar, Advocate for JDs.

                   The counsel for the DH stated that the DH has received Rs. 1,55,000/- from the JDs in the year 2014.  His statement to this effect recorded separately.  The counsel for the JDs submitted that the awarded amount due as per the order dated 05.08.2014 passed by this District Forum has been paid and nothing is due.  He is submitted that the last installment  of Rs. 2006/- was not paid by the life assured.  Hence the said amount has been deducted.  He has moved an application in this behalf.

                   Keeping in view the facts hereinabove, by both the parties we find that the entire amount under the said award has been paid by the JD to the DH and nothing is due.  Therefore, the execution application of the DH is dismissed being fully satisfied.  File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
