                    Case called several times since morning.  It is now 3.15 p.m.  but nobody appeared on behalf of the complainant.  This case is pending for evidence of the complainant since 14.05.2014.  The complainant despite availing a number of opportunities over a period of more than 2 years has failed to adduce evidence in support of his case.  From the perusal of the zimini orders we found that nobody is appearing on behalf of the complainant for the last several hearings.  It seems that complainant is not interested to pursue his complaint because the complainant has failed to adduce any evidence despite various last opportunities.  Therefore, the complaint of the complainant is dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default. File be consigned to the record room.
