The version of the opposite parties is that the complaint is pre-mature as the claim form and other required documents have not been submitted by the complainant. Learned counsel for the complainant states that the complainant is ready to deposit the required documents with the opposite parties. Keeping in view the circumstances mentioned above, the complainant is directed to submit the claim form, death certificate, policy bond and copies of FIR and post-mortem report with the opposite parties within a period of  15 days form the date of receipt of copy of this order and the opposite parties are directed to decide the claim of the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the documents. Hence, the complaint of the complainant is disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance 03/07/2015.
