Having heard Shri Bansal and also having perused the order of the State Commission, we re-affirm the order of State Commission that insurance company had rightly repudiated the claim under the policy on ground of the life assured having not disclosed in the proposal form the factum of his having suffered CVA ( stroke) and hyper-tension. Dismissed.
