ORDER

This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.1,40,000/- together with all the legally admissible benefits due to her in the involved 3 policies bearing nos. 1. 721586996 for Rs.25000.00 2. 721664520 for Rs.15000.00 3. 721624994 for Rs.100000.00 and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedintgs. The respondents shall pay the amount of Rs.140000/- to the complainant together with all the legally admissible benefits due to the complainant and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of this receipt of the copy of this judgement and order apart from bearing their own costs. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by RPAD.
