The complainant has filed the present complaint for obtaining accident claim benefits for the death of his son Satbir. The only objection taken by the opposite parties is that the complainant has not produced the proof tot he effect that life assured Satbir has died due to the inquiries sustained in the accident. Learned counsel for the opposite parties stated that the opposite parties are ready to decide the claim if the complainant submits the proof of accident. learned counsel for the complainant stated that he is ready to produce the required proof. Therefore, the complainant is directed to submit the proof of accident tot he opposite parties within one month and the opposite parties are directed to decide the claim of the complainant within a period of 30 days form the date of receipt of the proof.The complaint of the complainant is disposed of accordingly. File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance 04/08/2015.
