Order

                  The opposite party is directed to pay the amount of claim of Rs. 20000/- alonwith interest at the rate of Rs. 18% per annum from the date of death of insured i.e. 19/12/1992 till realisation of the same and also to pay the cmpensation of Rs. 2000/- towards mental torture and agony to the complainant alongwith proceedings cost of Rs. 1000/- as per provisions of Section 14(i)(d) and (i) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.
