PER MR. JUSTICE R.K. BATTA, PRESIDING MEMBER Heard the Petitioner who appears in person. He states that loan was given on the basis of business which is being conducted by him in Chandigarh as such finding of the State Commission that Chandigarh Court has no jurisdiction is without any merit. Admittedly, the loan was raised against the mortgage property at Kayamkulam in Alappzha District and the agreement of the loan was accepted at Kayakulam and instalments were being made at Kayamkulam Branch. In view of this, the State Commission very rightly held that no cause of action arisen at Chandigarh and the complaint was liable to be dismissed. We are in complete agreement that finding of the State Commission. Accordingly we do not find any merit in this revision. The revision is accordingly dismissed with no order as to costs.
