This matter was passed over once. Even on second call, no one appears for the petitioner. The petition has also been filed after delay of 44 days which is sought to be explained on the ground that ..2.. the petitioner is an uneducated lady and hence unaware of the period of limitation in such cases. In spite of the delay, we have gone into the merit of the case. Both the fora below have arrived at common finding of facts that the life assured (son of the petitioner) had deliberately concealed the fact that he was suffering from tuberculosis for which he has also received treatment immediately before submitting the proposal for life insurance. In view of this, revision petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit.
