ORDER

This order is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. The 1st O.P is directed to settle the claim of the complainants under the accident benefit within two months from the date of receipt of this order, failing which the amount will carry interest at the rate of 12% p.a. till the date of payment. The 1st O.P. is further directed to pay Rs.1,000/- as damages to the complainants. Complaint against O.P.2 is dismissed. Parties to bear the costs. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
