ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. 2.Opposite party No.1 is directed to pay Rs.50,000/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 6-10-2000 till the date of payment after deducting one month premium amount. 3.Amount shall be pay within 2 months. 4.Opposite party No.1 shall pay Rs.500/- as cost to complainant. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to both parties under C.O.P.
