ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. Complaint is allowed. 2.Opposite party No.1 is directed to pay an amount of Rs.85,000/- with interest at the rate of 12% p.a. from 10-08-2000 to the complainant till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1,000/-. 3.Opposite party No.1 is at liberty to take legal action, if any, for breach of contract against opposite party No.2. 4.Amount shall be paid within 2 months.
