ORDER

Policy was purchased by Binod Bansfore on 28.3.1994 which was to mature in March 2014. Shanti Devi, wife of the life insured was the nominee. Life insured died on 26.4.1995. Nominee had pre-deceased him -2- on 15.11.1994. Claim by the petitioner-son was made after 11 years some time in 2006. In this background also having heard Shri Gupta, we do not find any illegality or jurisdictional error in the order passed by the State Commission calling for interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21(b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
