Dated : 14 Dec 2010
ORDER
Heard Counsel for the Petitioner. Delay of 16 days condoned. Both the fora below have come to the conclusion that the Complainant had failed to establish that it was a case of accidental death on account of snake bite. The State Commission has, however, modified the interest from 12% to 9% which in our opinion is just, fair and equitable and does not call for interference in the exercise of revisional jurisdiction. The revision is, accordingly, dismissed with no order as to costs.
