This is an application filed on behalf of petitioner seeking review of order dated 28.4.2011 passed by this Commission. Alongwith this review, an application has been filed seeking permission to condone the delay of 223 days in filing of the review application. We have perused the record. Application for review is hopelessly time barred and no sufficient ground for condoning of the delay is made out. Even otherwise, on merits the review application is not maintainable since there is no error apparent on record which calls for review of order dated 28.4.2011. Accordingly, application for review as well as application for condoning the delay are dismissed.
