Delay of 19 days in filing the Revision Petition is condoned.

The insured died within four months of the taking of the policy.  Claim filed by the nominee of the insured was repudiated on the ground of suppression of facts.  Petitioner was a paralytic from right arm and was drawing disability pension of Rs.200/- per month for the last 1½ year from the District Social Welfare Department, Haryana.  He gave the answer in the negative to the question whether he was having any bodily defect or deformity, which clearly shows that the petitioner had withheld the material fact about his health.

          No ground for interference is made out.  Dismissed.
