During the course of proceedings, Ld.counsel for the opposite party stated that complainant has not filed claim form alongwith required documents with the opposite party. Ld.counsel for opposite party stated that the opposite party is ready to settle the claim of the complainant if the complainant files claim form alongwith required documents. Ld.counsel for the complainant submitted that he is ready to file claim form alongwith required documents with the opposite party.

Resultantly, present complaint is disposed of with directions to the complainant to lodge claim alongwith required documents with the opposite party within 15 days from today and the opposite party is directed to decide the claim of the complainant within one month from the date of filing of claim form alongwith required documents by the complainant. Keeping in view peculiar circumstances of the case, parties are left to bear their own costs. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
