ORDER

Complaint is allowed as under: O.P. is directed to pay an amount of Rs.1,5,190/- with interest at the rate of 10% p.a. from 01.04.2003 till the date of payment with cost of Rs.1,000/-. The O.P. is directed to pay the above amount within two months from the date of receipt of this order. Send certified copies of this judgement and order to O.P. by RPAD and to the complainant under C.O.P.
