ORDER

This judgement is pronounced in the open court on seperate sheets of paper today. This complaint is allowed. The complainant is held entitled to the amount of Rs.50,000/- the sum assured in the involved policy No.722318752 together with all the admissiblel benefits under the said policy and Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings from the respondent. The respondent shall pay the amount of Rs.50,000/- the sum assured in the involved policy No.722318752 together with all the admissible benefits under the said policy to the complainant together with Rs.500/- towards the costs of this proceedings within two months from the date of the receipt of the copy of this judgement and order, apart from bearing his own costs of this proceedings. Send the certified copies of this judgement and order to both sides parties by certificate of postings.
