ORDER:

                    Sh.Satpal Singh Advocate for the OP has made a statement that the OP is ready to make the payment as  per terms and conditions of the policy and letter dated 4.3.2015 and has  sought seven days time for the same. The complainant has also  made a statement  to the effect that keeping in view statement made by the learned counsel for the OP, he withdraw the present complaint and he be issued sanction letter regarding deduction of TDS. Statements of both the parties have been recorded separately. Therefore, in view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
