I agree with the interpretation given to condition no. 10 (4) of the policy by the State Commission while upholding the order of the District Forum dismissing the complaint.  There is no illegality or jurisdictional error in the impugned order calling for interference in revisional jurisdiction under Section 21 (b) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986. Dismissed.
