EA No.52 of 2017.

Rajinder Sabharwal vs. LIC.

 

Present:Sh.M.C.Gupta, Adv. for DH.

            Sh.Rajiv Gupta, Adv. for JDs.

 

            Today the case is fixed for awaiting further order from the Hon’ble State Commission.  We have perused the copy of email filed by the ld. Counsel for the JDs, the contents of which is as follows, “ the next date of hearing is 17.5.2018.  As per online proceeding information on the previous date of hearing i.e. 8.3.2018. On the request of proxy counsel for the OP No.1, adjourned to 17.5.2018 for arguments.  Record nor received.  Same be called for”.  The ld. Counsel for the JD No.1 has also deposited a cheque of Rs.166250/- before this Forum on 24.7.2018 for which the Accountant of this Forum was directed to the deposit the said amount by way of FDR.

         We have found that FA No.767 of 2017 titled as LIC vs. Rajinder is still pending before the Hon’ble State Commission; hence the present execution petition stands adjourned sine die.  The DH is at liberty to get it restored after the decision of the appeal.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
