Heard the Petitioner in person. He is bound by the terms and conditions of the Sale Deed registered in 2009 whereby he is not allowed to sell the plot in question for three years. This condition is applicable to all the flat purchasers. It is his contention that he had paid the full amount in the year 2007 and this condition included in the Sale Deed now was never made to understand at the time of paying money and hence it is deficiency in service by the Opposite Parties. He further urged that three years should be considered from the date of payment i.e. 2007 and not from the year 2009. There is nothing on record to show that such exception could be given to him by the Opposite Party. If there is any such exception Opposite Party is making for others in similar situation, he could seek relief from them directly, otherwise there is no merit in this revision. The revision is accordingly dismissed.
