Complaint called out various times. She is not present. L.C. for the O.P. appeared and filed his version. He has also filed one memo which is signed by the complainant stating that the matter is compromised out side the Forum in O.S.No.285/02 before Principle Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Mysore. As complainant remained absent, the L.C. for the op was directed to produce xerox copy of the order sheet and compromise petition in O.s.No.285/02. Accordingly xerox copies are produced. Perused the same, as the matter is settled between the complainant adn the LIC in O.S.No.285/02 and as the complainant has sent a settlement memo following order is passed. Complaint is closed as settled between the parties in favour of the complainant. No costs.
