The case is placed in 2^nd National Lok Adalat held in this premises of this Forum

The complainant and the Advocate of the OPs file their Hazira Separately. The Advocate for OPs submitted a cheque of Axix Bank, Cuttack bearing sl No. 054904 dt 01-12-2014 amounting to Rs 4,800/- along with a memo stating that the said amount has been given as per memo or complainant filed earlier for satisfaction of his claim. The copy served on the complainant.

The complainant files a memo stating that the total amount of previous two cheques and present cheque amounting to Rs. 51,275/- to the satisfaction of his claim and wants to receive the cheques and does not want to process further and the case is dropped.

The cheque of Axix Bank bearing Sl No. 038730 dt 12-09-2014 amounting to Rs. 45,093/- Sl No. 038866 dt 10-11-2014 amounting Rs 1,382/- Sl No. 054904 dt 01-12-2014 amounting to Rs. 4,800/- and all the cheques are drawn in favour of Complainant are received by him in the Lok Adalat held on 06-12-2014 to his full satisfaction. He submits that he has no claim for compensation and litigation cost. Hence the case is dropped.
