          During the course of proceedings, Sh.J.K.Singh, Adv.counsel for the opposite party suffered statement that opposite party shall consider the claim of the complainant within 30 days on filing of afresh claim with the opposite party from the date of receipt of copy of order.  In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that he agreed with the statement suffered by the counsel for the opposite party and case may be disposed of accordingly.

          Consequently, instant complaint is ordered to be disposed of with directions to the opposite party to consider the claim of the complainant within 30 days on filing of the claim with the opposite party from the date of receipt of copy of order. Parties shall remain bound by their statement suffered by them today in the Forum. Copy of the order be furnished to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
